We are thrilled to announce Lagniappe, a group exhibition unlike anything domicile has done before!

Pronounced LAN-yap, lagniappe is a Creole word meaning “a little something extra.” The word holds a special meaning for gallery owner Marisa, whose Louisiana roots bring a spirit of Southern warmth, generosity, and hospitality to domicile, and this very special exhibition.

Featuring 23 artists and more than 40 works, Lagniappe brings together an expansive mix of artists, materials, styles, and subject matter from across the domicile family. For the first time, the gallery will be transformed with a salon-style installation, covering the walls with an abundant and eclectic arrangement of artwork meant to be explored, discovered, and enjoyed.

It is a celebration of the incredible range of talent within our community—and, true to its name, a little something extra.

Join us for the opening artists’ reception this Friday, August 28, 6-8pm!

The exhibition will remain on view through Saturday, October 17.
